Good afternoon

We are in the process of taking over management from another agent - and the properties are tenanted.

1. I presume that I need to serve a s48.

2. Do I need to serve a new s21 if one was served by last agent?

3. If there was no previous s21, am I correct that s21 will have new agent name on it and not name of agent that is on the AST?

4. If deposit is protected, is there any way this can be transferred to new agent?

5. Is there any other action required regarding new agents…?
