I'm serving a Section 21 Notice today and just need to confirm the expiry date to state please.

Tenancy started 14th Oct 2013 and expires 13th April 2014.
Should the expiry date on the section 21 notice be 13th April 2014? (ie. before the next rent payment is due on 14th April)
