I've been given a court date, in a case I raised to get back rent and damageds owed. Ealry in the process the tenant submitted a defence to me with associated paperwork. She has amend documents which I can provide with orgianls and lied throughout her statement. She has also created a document which clearly lool like they have just been typed up on a PC, claiming it to be from a company to support her case.

I was going to just submit copies of my documents and bring the orginal to court and also write a private letter to the court hightlight to him the prejury that is being committed in this case. Is this the best way to go about this? Does any one have experience of tenants committee prejury that they can share?

Many thanks for any help you can offer.
