I have a couple wishing to sign up to an AST, but only under one person who woudl be responsible for all the bills and rent. In principle, I think I'm happy with this, but would this cause me any potential problems down the line?

Also I have used the RLA credit check facility on the person wishing to sign up to the tenancy. Is this check sufficient for obtaining rent guarantee insurance?
