I have a mortgage free buy to let property. I wish to sell the property to a limited company owned by me and my wife. The company will pay for the property by way of a loan from us to the company and will pay us interest till the loan is repaid. Does anyone know if there is a standard loan agreement form available that would suit our purpose?
