Can you please let me know if, as a landlord, it is necessary for me to issue a new ‘Prescribed Information Relating to Tenancy Deposits’ document at every renewal (including a statutory periodic), in order to comply with the recent legislation and judgement concerning Superstrike Ltd v Marino Rodrigues at the Court of Appeal in June 2013?
