hello, i have a 4 bed 3 storey townhouse and would like to rent to a couple and two of their friends. The couple are not married and there would therefore be four surnames on the AST and i was wondering if this is allowed. The property is not HMO licensed and there would be three bedrooms used by the 4 people on the AST ?. Kind Regards, Ken.
