ok, will keep this short.

I have a property at the end of its "term". Mortgage provider calls me, need to do a deal on new term. All mannger of questions, oh you have more thsna 4 properties .. don't think we can deal now. ok I can pay the mortgage off .. but would rather not ...

So .. I started looking.

Anybody know of a provider that takes on landlords with more than 4 BTLs .. but on a reasonable rater and not rip off fees?

thanks

Les
