Got possession, now after my rent.

Got possession through S8 at court last week - all good. Waiting for 14 days to be up before starting with bailiffs.

Now I want to chase down the unpaid rent (coming up to 6 months now) - judge ruled possession in my favour + the rent + costs.

What's the route that I need to go down? The tenant's not going to be forthcoming with payment so may need to end up going down the route of an attachment of earnings order. Has anyone else gone down this route? What's the RLA line on them? Chances of success?

Also, I imagine rubbish clearance + redecoration costs will be far more than the deposit value - can I add these to the total she owes? If so, how?
