Can I ask if any of the members prepare a welcome pack for their properties for their tenants when they are moving in? Typically I supply everything in a folder regarding each particular property which includes common local phone numbers including emergency services etc., instructions for any appliances, central heating equipment, showers, alarms etc.

If any one does prepare something, what do you include in yours? Do you use a check sheet to guide you through your delivery including any legal forms and such like?
