Removing a tenant from a property
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

My tenants tenancy expired in December I did not renew the tenancy as they had fallen behind in payments and I wouldn't renew until they caught up but on several occasions promises have been broken they are on a month to month contract it was was my property I live in prior to the tenancy, which section would apply to get them out the quickest and would I have to give 2 months notice
