Hi, I am a novice landlord. 2 students in the property both now want to finish tenancy 6 months early. 1 has found a possible replacement. I need 2 new tenants.
Can I insist on them continuing to pay until 2 suitable tenants are found? If they both just leave, how do I make them pay?
