Our tenant (who is on a SPT) has just given notice to move out of the property on the 8/5/14 at 6Pm.
The tenant pays rent on the last working day of the month which was the 28/03/14. Am I right in thinking that out tenant has to pay the difference (i.e. from the 28/04-08/05/14).
Also is there anything I now need to do or ensure I have done other than inform them with 10 days if I intend to withold any of the deposit paid and how will I know that they have settled the utility bills etc.?
