Section 21
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi
I served a section 21 on my tenant just over a month ago. She has not paid her rent due last week and now tells me she will not move out when she should at the end of this month. She has signed the section 21 to acknowledge receipt.

Is there anything I can do now or will I have to wait until the tenancy end?

If she does still remain in the property after the Section 21 has expired what are my next steps.
