We have a dishwasher in one of our properties which has stopped working, the tenant wants it fixed the landlord does not want to fix/replace it.
It does not state anything in our AST re the white goods having to be repaired if they go wrong.
Where does the landlord stand, does he have to repair the white goods that were left there?
