I had to evict a tenant in March. He has left some broken furniture and a mattress. the property is still vacant as it had to be decorated,re carpeted etc. What is the legal procedure regarding disposal?. Can I get some one to take it away?. I will have to pay to dispose of it, there is no value. I am wondering if he could make false claims re how valuable the furniture was etc. Tenants are upto all kinds of tricks as you know. I am abroad and its difficult to get things done even though an agent has been appointed.
