Tenant Eviction
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

We have a number of tenants in an HMO and we issued a section 8 (grounds 8, 10 and 11) to some of the tenants in November 2013. They all started paying their rent and we issued a section 21 and moved them onto periodic tenancies as of 1 Feb 2014.

Since then, 2 of them have stopped paying their rent and are accumulating arrears. Do we need to issue another section 8 and then court proceedings immediately after the 2 weeks has expired or can we now issue court proceedings based on the previous section 8 that was issued in November 2013?
