Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

It looks as though my current eviction process is not going to end with the possession order. I have always been lucky enough to get rid of bad tenants by or round about by the date of possion order. This lot show no signs of going so I probably need to get the bailliffs in.

How do I do it and what will it cost?
