I have a new tenant moving into my rental property on the 1st June and will be signing a 12 month contract paying monthly. I will take a deposit and pay this in TDS.
For the section 21 notice, I wish to get this signed as soon as. My understanding is I will need to use S21a form. Whats dates do I use?
I am guess but is the date 01.06.2015 (immediaitely after the 12 months has expired) and if I issue it now, the two months notice has already been serviced.
Is this all correct
