Hi, My tenant got two guarantors. I told my tenant to sign all the document Deed of Guarantee and the tenancy agreement on the 02/06/2014 which that is the tenancy renew contract for other 6 months or sign it on Sunday 01/06/2014. Tenant emailed me and said one of the guarantors can't make it on Sunday 01/06/2014 or Monday 02/06/2014 and the only time he can make it, is on the 28/05/2014 at 6.30pm the other one can make it on the sunday 01/06/2014.

Is that ok if one gaurantors sign on the 28/05/2014 and the other one sign on the 01/06/2014 and tenancy agreement on the 02/06/2014? Also can you sign all the document after 6.00pm?
