Hi,
We have a tenant that has not been returning calls and we have now found out that he is in prison on remand. He has removed all 0f his his clothes and furnitiure, belongings, tv, XBox etc bar a a couple of minor items such as a freeview box and a small amount of food.

Do we have enough evidence to prove abandonment to reclaim possession?

We do have a guarantor who says he will try to get the keys for us but we have heard nothing more from him.

Regards,
