If we decide to increase the monthly rental in future (tenant currently on a Periodic Tenancy), do we need to have a new TA drawn up and signed by all parties or can this be done by letter only? Also this is a DSS tenant and we are being paid directly by the Council....would the documentation be arranged between the landlord & council or landlord and tenant? Thanks.
