6-8 weel letting to placement students

Hello
A group of students who are on placement during the summer have offered money up front to rent my letting house for around six to eight weeks this summmer. This would very neatly fill the period between the end of the current tenancy and another tenancy contracted to start in September. What type of tenancy should I use for this interim group?
