Hi all, I would appreciate some advise please. We have recently taken over the running of 4 houses for a family member from a letting agent. We would like to deposit the bonds in the landlords account using TDS, but they are currently held with the agent in a DPS. The agent seems unsure whether we can just transfer it across, (or even what to do.....) and to be honest we are newbies and we too are unsure.
