hi all

hope you can help but im after advice for my daughter, shes the tenant so hope im not breaking any rules by asking

about 8 months ago she moved into a flat above the pub she works in, the pub is lease held by the landlord/landlady. yesterday they informed her (casually in the smoking shelter) that they are vacating the pub in 10 days which will leave her jobless and homeless.

does she have any rights here considering the brewery owns the pub and she only has a verbal agreement with the landlords
