Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi

I'm currently attempting to fill in a section 8 for rent arrears and the advice on the site says i need to state how much arrears stand at today. My tenant is two months and ten days in arrears. Do I need to enter a figure which equals two months arrears (two months rent at 500 PCM = £1000) or do I need to work out a figure equal to two months and ten days arrears.
