If the tenancy is for 12 months with a break clause of 1 months notice after 6 months ie "Tenancy from 20 Jun 14 to 19 Jun 15 with option of One months notice after 6 months" what date should be shown as date we require possession after? 19 Jan 15 or 19 Jun 15?
