Need advice on best way to deal with ex tenants father who continues to ask for the place where his daughters goods are stored.
To keep it brief 2 yrs ago I got judgements on guarantor and ex tenant who never answered me regarding state of property goods left etc . I had address for both but they just kept quiet as rent was owed as well as goods mostly broken, rubbish left,garden full of black bags and overgrown . When I enforced judgement they came up from the woodwork and filed a defence. Keeping this story short that fell through as the tenant didnt file her defence so guarantor couldnt go ahead with her defence. This took a few months back and forth to court but the judgements were enforced in 2013 .Since then I have been hassled for place of storage . Obviously goods have long gone as this was 2 years ago .
