Hi,
My friend told me that it is the landlord's requirements that
they provide a Fire door to the kitchen, Hard Wired smoke alarms to
the hall, landings, lounge and a heat detectives on each property.

My house I rent is only a small terraced house occupied by a family.

Could you tell me what the situation is for me, please?

Could you also tell me the definition of "a Fire Door"?
