No refund received for EPC ordered April 2014!

I am VERY DISSAPOINTED by the EPC Company. As a member of RLA, I ordered for the Electrical Performancy Certificate to be done for my rental property and I paid a fee of £59.60. To my supprise, by May 2014, no engineer called me to arrange for the EPC for my property.So I asked for my money back, I was told it has been refunded to me May 2014. I HAVE CHECKED WITH MY BANK, no refund received into my account to date. I need HELP!
