Just out of interest. I was watching a TV prog about these guys last night and they were evicting tenents more or less instantly ie court yesterday, visit today, two hours to get out. I was wondering how much it costs to use these guys and has anyone got any experience of this method ? They always say on the TV that it only costs £60 to refer the case to the High Court. This just sounds too good to be true.
