Non Smoking Property

I advertise the whole property as being no smoking .I mention it 3 times on Ad

I am still managing to attract smokers,can normally tell by looking at them.Many in hospitality.

When I ask at viewing if they smoke,they reply Only socially with a drink.I explain that I only take non smokers .Smokers also have friends who smoke and the risk is there.

Why is it then that I can already tell as they arrive even though the smell is not there.?It is not a tobacco smell but a way of walking I think,or is it their teeth?

I begin to smell itobacco on their return from the bank to pay their holding deposit,so that means in 2 hours they are in need of a cigarette,so not just social smoker.

IAnyone got any ideas on how to keep these people at bay?






Anyone got any ideas to repel them from applying?
