Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Im a new member here and would like to know the next step I need to take.
I served a sectiion 21 on my tenants over 2 months ago they will not answer letters or phone calls I have told them by a text that an accelerated possesion procedure will be filed to the
county court (read on the which web site) saying that they would be liable for all court costs if they did not respond to my letters or phone calls so what would the next best thing to do ?
any advice would be appreciated
