Hello,

We have a household of 6 students and we have just checked them out of the house. They all signed one AST.
One tenant has run up arrears and there is a bit of damage attributable to him.
The other 5 tenants are requesting full repayment of their deposit - I have quoted to them that they are all jointly and severally liable.
Am I correct in this assumption and what advice do you offer regarding rturn of the deposit.

Thanks in anticipation.

Peter
