If I have more than one prospective tenant going in to a property, and they all need to sign the tenancy agreement for that property, is it OK to send an agreement each for them to sign separately, rather than all sign the same copy? They are all in different parts of the country, so logistically, if they all have to sign the same piece of paper, the one agreement has to be posted from one to the other, or back to me each time, and the whole process could take ages !
