I have a tenant who has been with me just under 6 months. The normal rent for their flat is £395 pcm, but as they paid 6 months upfront we agreed a rent of £350 and they paid £2,100 up front. They have been a good tenant and I want to retain them, now they want to pay monthly and understand that the rent will be £395 pcm. They paid a deposit of £495 which is held by DPS. What paperwork do I need to send them please?
