Anyone tried selling a property but funding the mortgage for the purchaser themselves? That would mean getting interest from the new owner instead of cash.
I think it could allow sales to proceed in this difficult market when buyers genuinely cannot get finance but are good risks otherwise. And your money may be safer than in a dodgy bank.
Please let me know if there are any snags I havent thought of.
