Does anyone know any case law on the Housing Act 2004, in regard to the failure of a LHA to follow procedure, such as failing to give 24 hours notice of entry, or say Section 10 of Housing Act, where the LHA must consult with fire authority. I am after some case law on this type of failure to follow procedure, even if anyone could point me in the right direction on the internet etc. Actual reference cases would be just fantastic.

Thanks
