Hi

My tenants have just come to the end of their 12 month AST and want another 12 month one. Just wondered which S21 to serve at the start of the new AST, as I was told to serve a new s21 when I issue a new AST?

I have re-protected their deposit etc but wasn't sure on the s21. I was planning on getting them to sign another s21 at the start when they sign the new AST. Is it the s21A or s21B?
