I intend letting a one bed property.The property has the white goods(Fridge,freezer,oven,hob,washer/drier) What are my options for letting. I don't want to let it as furnished.Can I let it as unfurnished but in the agreement stipulate that the tenant is liable for repairs to these items ? Any other options,which is bets route to take ?
