Hi,

We have a tenant that is on a AST that ran for 12 months from 15th May 2013 with the rent to be paid every 4 weeks. The most recent payment should have been on the 1/10/14(YESTERDAY). We would like to issue a notice of possession but are unsure which section to give her and what dates should be given on the relevant form.
