Hello.

I am a landlord and wanted to ask others if they have come across this situation. Each time i buy a buy to let property. I take life cover on it in case of my death, in which case it will be paid off. It has got to a point now that natwest insurance are asking for all sorts of tests blood etc to see if they will provide the insurance.

The amount of cover that i have is not too great, so i am not sure what the fuss is. Do other landlords experience the same problem and if so what do they do. I do not mind having the tests but i heard that sometimes even by having tests etc it can effect your premiums etc

any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

G
