I am soon to be taking possession of my property with the Court Bailiffs.

Question - what happens to any of the former tenants belongings after I have taken possession of the property? Can I sell them on to recoup my losses in rent?

For example there is his sofas his bed his electric, his cutlery etc etc

Any advise much appreciated.
