HB tenant paying some top ups, her father is currently guarantor having signed the RLA form.
Tenancy is due for renewal on 10th November and I have issued the tenant with new AST to reflect rent increase (addendum to AST stated that yearly rent would rise in line with local rents and/or inflation)
tenant is now saying her father will no longer act as Guarantor. I have told her that according to the form he has signed, he cannot just withdraw even if he does not sign an updated Guarantor form.
Is this correct? Advice?
