I'm telling my tenants about SPTs... Some advice, please.

I have a few renewals coming up soon and I'd like to tell my tenants about the fact that SPTs exist.

Considering the LAs will almost definitely not tell them about SPTs and make it seem like they only have two options ("another 12 months, or move out"), I want to tell them they can stay on without committing to another 12 months (and not pay the ridiculous LA charges for redrafting contracts!).

What do I need to include in the letter? What shouldn't I forget to mention?
