Hi DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOPUT THE SELECTIVE LICENSING IN LIVERPOOL. HAVING SPOKEN TO SOMEFROM TH HAPPY HOUSING TEAM! THEY SEENM SOMEWHAT HAZY EXCEPT FOR THRE CHARGE AND WHEN PAYMENT NEEDS TO BE.. IT SEEMS TO BE £500 PER PROPERTY..
CAN WE OR IS IT WORTH CHALLENGING THIS RIDICULOUS CHARGE!
