Does anyone know if, under the new regulations, my daughter is contravening "The Redress Schemes for Lettings Agency Work" by receiving payment for looking after one of my properties and the tenants. She lives within 10 mins of the property whereas I live almost 3 hrs away.
Her normal paid employment is not in property management/letting of any kind.
