Order for tenancy, deposit and Section 21
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi,
Apologies I know this is basic information but I just want to get it right.

I have tenants already in my flat and am about to issue a new six month tenancy to them starting on December 6th 2014.

Is this the correct order.

1. Issue joint tenancy agreement - signatures
2. Protect Deposit - give written details to joint tenants
3. Issue Section 21(a) dated June 5th 2015 - give joint notice to both tenants.
