Can you please help me?

Two of my tenant's wish to advertise for a flat mate using the free online sites.

Do they have to comply with the CMA's rulings which apply to letting agents and landlords?

If so what do they have to include in the advertisement?

I have tried to draft an ad taking into consideration all aspects of the CMA recommendations, and quite frankly its fraught with difficulties.

I've looked at leading estate agents lettings advertisements, and they don't appear to be giving the sort of information that is required by the CMA directive.

Can you advise please?

Thank you

Elaine
