My AST Tenant split my house into several rooms and sublet them

Hi everyone,

My Polish tenants didn't pay rent this month (overdue 22 days)and didn't respond to my emails, so I dropped by the property last night and trying to find out what is going. But I didn't my tenants but was only shocked by seeing a whole bunch of strangers in the house and realised my tenants had already sublet my house to them.

Can anyone tell me where my legal right is? Given my tenants illegelly (and poorly) remodelled my house and also illegelly run the subletting business there, do I have the right to change the lock and ask those strangers to leave? Can I call the police to report the illegal business? What can I do, and what can't? Any advise will be appreciated!
